Stylish, well presented, clean room Check-in process was far too long and complicated

The rooms are small, but because of how they're laid out, they seem much larger than they actually are. The staff were all flawless in their performance of duty and friendliness. The one thing we wished they had available, was more than standard cable television. We had hoped to catch up on some Netflix or HBO shows after we came back to the room in the evening, but these weren't available.

The staff are exceptionally attentive and genuinely want you to be their guest. This hotel has a beautiful fit out and a first class view of the marina.
