"We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The rooms aren't anything to write home about, but they were clean. The carpet throughout the hotel is old and really needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable to us, though on the firmer side which we prefer. The gym was nice with plenty of well maintained equiment. Thr breakfast buffet was nice to have on site with plenty of options, though we did not feel we "got our money's worth". Having a starbucks on site with McDonald's and pizza right around the corner were great options. The best part of this hotel is the location. 3 blocks to Air and Space Museum, 3 blocks to the Metro, 10 min walk to the spy museum, and 18-20 minutes down to the Warf. Plus several rental bikes & scooter outside. We would return for the location alone. The locati"

"I prepaid in December for an Easter Weekend (early April) stay. I was told 2 days before that my reservation couldn't be honored because of a "maintenance issue." My only options were to stay at a "sister property" for the same price even though it was further away and a lesser valued property or a refund and try to find another hotel when prices tripled because it was last minute, holiday booking"

"The room was clean and nice size. Online, it shows that they have cots and cribs. I cane with a baby. The staff did not want to get me a crib. They claimed that they had none. I ended up with my baby in my hed which meant that i was up all night, worrying that he doesnt fall off... "
