"The location is very convenient: the M2 metro is under the building, grocery store is the next door, bus stop at the front of the building. The room is very basic, no toiletries, no tea/coffee but there is a small kitchen with a fridge and a laundry on the floor. What makes the place inconvenient is internal noise - garbage removal, stuff chatting, doors shutting, room cleaning, everything starts early morning. If you are noise tolerant the place is good."
