"Tiene que limpiar mejor los cuartos . Había cucarachas en nuestro cuarto que tuve que matar en verdad muy mala el cuidado de los cuartos y y la caja fuerte se quita de los muros muy mala entretenimiento …. La verdad estoy sorprendió y triste de ver que no estaba a la altura de lo que es normalmente best western."

"The location is great and the host is very kind and courteous, but the home is quite run down. The bed I had was so uncomfortable I had to switch in the middle of the night which the host reprimanded me for. These are very basic accommodations and you shouldn’t expect too much."

"The guy at the reception made us pay 43$usd even though the reservation was prepaid. This is pure theft on his part! I can't recommend anyone to go there! I will be in touch with Expedia and see what can be done to get my money back."
