Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Team are eager to assist. GM Mary Duong went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of. free fresh fruit were sent to room every day, thank you cake in the evening, even 2 free x 1 hour massage session. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of . Room was always clean and new linens everyday. Breakfast, lots of choices and delicious. The location was great. Opposite the market and we were able to walk to museum and the river.

Had an enjoyable stay. Stayed with a friend in the twin room. Room was an internal Room 505. No windows but was not a big problem. Room was quiet. Room was small but adequate. Large bathroom and shower. Standouts: Rooftop pools and cafes, small gym, friendly staff, spa and breakfast buffet. Oasis in the middle of HCMC. District 1 so walking to war museum, post office and cathedral. Lots of dining options also close. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a beautiful property with incredible service. The only downside is that the design of the room isn't very practical. Besides six coat hangers there wasn't anywhere to unpack our clothes. I would probably stay here again for one or two nights because of the excellent staff and location but I would not stay for longer because having to leave everything in our suitcases got tedious during our ling stay.
