We loved our stay. The guest house was pretty much the two bedroom, two bath main floor of the house with kitchen and living room. A variety of breakfast foods were available. And we were relieved to find a reserved parking spot as the streets are very tight. Effie has a wonderfully furnished guest house and took care of us well.

Everything was perfect. I was obsessed with the house, how unique and beautiful it was. It was thoughtfully updated, maintaining it’s charm. The woman who maintained it was the sweetest. She made this amazing fresh cake, along with sandwiches and other items available. Everything was so well thought and clean, we truly had an amazing experience and would love to visit again.

Beyond expectation! We received a warm welcome in person by the super friendly and attentive owner. They have dedicated parking area for guests. The room was cozy, comfortable, fully equipped, and breakfast for the next morning was already prepared (and it's generous in portion!). The place booked out pretty fast, and I'm glad I made the right choice!

Very interesting property, decorated with love and care with every room individually decorated. Very well-equipped kitchen with a proper espresso machine, Greek coffee briki and filter machine complete with filters and different types of coffee provided for all three. Copious breakfast supplies to suit every palate. Excellent shower and hot water, comfortable bed. Fantastic remote access to a parking lot opposite off these very narrow cobbled streets. Delightful family-run property with plenty of character, an easy walk to village eateries and an easy drive to Delfi.

This property is by far the best we've ever stayed at. The owner (woman) did need to come down and meet us and guide us to the property. Others have commented concerning google maps not working, and that was our experience as well. The town has extremely narrow roads, moreso than any other part of Greece we've travelled. So my advice is to plan ahead, speak to the property manager to nail down the property location before heading that direction. The pros...we arrived late and hadn't had dinner yet. She had so much food in the kitchen that the three of us ate dinner and breakfast with what she had supplied.....and it was all amazing! Fresh fruit, bread and jams, fresh baked bread left on the table, eggs,and more I just don't recall. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom that I must have missed in the write up. The view from the large porch was astounding. We sat out there and watched the sun set. The cons....the only caution I'd offer is finding the property without prior planning. Google maps was of no help whatsoever. I would most definitely give this property a massive 10 out of 10!

Beautiful location. Cozy and quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here while exploring Delphi. After a long day of travel, it was so wonderful to have some snacks and breakfast provided in the room.

Such a cool city, loved our stay here. Google maps did make it a little difficult to find, we called them when and they met us and guided us to parking. Tiny streets, great restaurants, hope to stay here again some day. House was clean - they had homemade cake, fruit, snacks, and water. Rustic and cozy.

Truly excellent choice. We had some trouble navigating the narrow streets of Arachova and the host met us on the main street and led us to the guesthouse. It is nicely decorated, very spacious and the hosts are more than accommodating and responsive. It is excellent for families as there is a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine in the unit. We would certainly come back again.

We got turned around trying to follow Google Maps (despite a wonderful short video to help guide us) and the owner came to meet us right away and guided us the rest of the way. We arrived late after a long day of driving and we're thrilled to have some sandwiches, eggs, fruit, and even homemade cake waiting for us. The room was so full of character. The owners had seen to every detail! If this place is on your "maybe" list just book it - location for accessing Delphi is perfect, and you can walk through Arachova easily to access shops and restaurants.

Cozy stay, amazing host

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was some confusion around our booking but it was quickly resolved. The gracious host helped us move our car to the lot since we are not used to the small streets and had trouble finding it when driving. The room was larger than expected and very clean and cozy. The host recommended a nearby restaurant which we enjoyed very much. I think the issue with booking was due to expedia/hotels.com and not the hotel.

Very cool apartment with awesome views over the village. Kids loved the "Harry Potter" bedroom. Might be tricky driving up there but there's easy private parking. The hosts were amazing, and they left us sandwiches, drinks and cake every day! The main street restaurants are just 5 minutes walking away.
