Praktische und zweckmässige Wohnung mit genügend Stauraum. Küche gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Tumbler zur Mitbenützung. Ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon wäre praktisch und wünschenswert.

Ferienwohnung Acletta bis 6 Personen

die Ferienwohnung Acletta liegt 2km vom Dorfzentrum Disentis entfernt und 150 Höhenmeter höher. Leider fährt der erste Ortsbus, der zwar bis vor die Haustüre fahren würde, erst um 9.30 Uhr und der letzte vom Bahnhof bereits um 17.20 Uhr. wenn man im Sommer Wanderausflüge macht, hat man somit ein sehr kleines Zeitfenster, um in den Genuss des Ortsbuses zu kommen. Die 150 Höhenmeter müssen so immer zu Fuss bewältigt werden. Der Preis für den Abfallsack dürfte gerne im Mietpreis inbegriffen sein.

Ideale Ferienwohnung für Skiurlaub

Super ausgestattete Wohnung. Die ganze Utoring-Anlage ist ideal geeignet für Skiurlaub. Das Haus ist nahe an der Seilbahn und der Skischule Sax gelegen. Im Haus gibt es einen Skiraum und einen Skischuhraum gleich neben der Wohnung. Weitere Vorzüge sind das Schwimmbad, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, Wlan, täglicher Brotlieferdienst und 24h-Getränkekühlschrank. Ideal für Familienurlaub.

Die Wohnung ist einwandfrei. Einzig die Matratzen sind teilweise eine Zumutung. Das Gebäude an sich, naja 70er/80er Jahre Style. Zugang ab Garage mit Tritten. Hallenbad eher kühle Wassertemperatur.
