"One night stay and the best customer service I have had for as long as I can remember. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything. Being the middle of summer and 111 degrees, they came and got me in their cart for everywhere I needed to go on the property. The casitas are amazing and look to have been recently upgraded. Very comfortable bed and great amenities. Thank you Gold Canyon for the amazing stay!"

"Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with basics - could've used a few more plates and silverware but we made do. The beds were comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Our only complaints were that the patio umbrella didn't work properly and the couch cushions were dirty in between and underneath. Other than these minor issues we had a very nice stay. Thank you."

"This home was exceptional in so many ways! Upon arriving the home was cool despite the outdoor heat. The quietness of the neighbors during the 4th of July, the views of the mountains plus sunsets, the extremely comfortable furniture and the interior decorations were all beyond our expectations. We loved the big kitchen and off kitchen patio to watch sunsets. The neighborhood was in a safe gated area and we saw various birds along with other cute wild life nearby. We had an issue that needed to be addressed and the owners were VERY quick to respond. We'll HIGHLY recommend this home to all our friends and my clients."

"We booked this trip last minute and we are so happy that we did. The house and patio/pool are amazing. Shannon and Chris were extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. Arrow Escape!!! was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at and would definitely recommend it to everyone… just not when we want to return. "

"Parking was easy and safe. Nice neighborhood. Everything inside was nice and clean. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the patio furniture. It was dirty and faded. We had to clean off. The cushions could be replaced. The view is awesome. We weren’t there long enough to really enjoy but I would definitely rent again. The host always responded quickly. "
