"Wasn't a bad stay overall but the floor in our room was FILTHY and the room smelled strongly of dog pee and chemical smell. The chemical smell was so strong when we first got into the filthy room that it stung our noses and made our eyes water. I hand mopped the filthy floor (our feet were black from it) it helped the chemical smell lessen but that's when the dog pee smell got stronger. Disgusting!!! But everything else about the hotel was fine and everyone was nice. The price was right."

"I am already waiting to come back with my kids this time I loved it Beautiful grounds Only issue I had which was not a big deal because it was quickly corrected. Was they forgot to clean my room on the day that they said they were coming to clean it. I only stay for four nights and they only clean it one day out of the four nights. I already knew that they charge Parking so the parking thing wasn’t a big deal. It was only $15 a day and that’s nothing when you live in New York or Atlanta. I didn’t care about that. But the service. The cleanliness. The beauty of the grounds and the kindness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. The lady who came to clean the room, didn’t speak good English, and didn’t understand how the process works. She was thinking that she’s only supposed to replenish my supplies, but she was actually supposed to make up the bed and tidy up the room and take out the garbage, etc. I don’t think she liked the fact that I called the front desk, but she ended up doing her job, but I didn’t like her attitude. She seemed a little disgruntled. But that didn’t change the way I feel about the place or about the experience. I would definitely come back. Felt like I was on a resort in the Caribbean."
