"It was a one night stay for us breaking a journey by car from north Italy to Calais. There is only parking for maybe two very small cars but we parked in a public car park “La Marie” which was a five minute walk and extremely reasonable at €2 overnight. Our room was ok and the little balcony with its cheery table and chairs was sweet. The public areas (staircase/tiny reception) are tired. Good location off one of the main shopping streets. "

"We loved Chateau de La Loue. The house is beautiful, in an idyllic location. There was lots of space, very well equipped, and the river at the bottom of the garden was stunning. Édouard and Françoise were so helpful and lovely. The house is so well equipped with wetsuits, paddling shoes, fishing rods, boules sets. Everything you need! Even two canoes. Our children loved being in the giant games room in the barn with table football and table tennis. The area is beautiful and our river trip from Ornans back to the house was a highlight. Thank you! We would love to come again "
"Service dog with service papers was rejected. Traveled 10 hours and needed sleep. France law requires to not discriminate and hotel expressed that they are above the law. "
"Call ahead about parking. Only small cars can park near hotel. Feels impossible to get your car between the walls of driveway but you can.
