The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had a concern about our AC system but got resolved in less than 2 minutes. The room is comfortable for 5 guests. Breakfast was great! The balcony was just right.
Special thanks to Mimi, Celina, Dason, Robert, Lam. The housekeeping and the dining staff are super helpful and kind.
I will recommend The Hanoi Signature Hotel to friends due to its accessibility to everything.
