"Was very happy w this hotel. Delicious breakfasts and food in general. My compliments to the chef. I’d been off meat for a month but tested a chicken korma and it was amazing. Then kind of last minute got a reflexology massage at the spa. Last minute they only couod book me 1/2 hour. Boohoo bc she was amazing!!!! The room was comfortable. "I stayed in a comfortable and spacious Deluxe Room, with a peaceful and pleasant ambience that was perfect for relaxing both mind and body. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully served, making dining a real highlight of the stay. The lavatory was relatively very small, and room cleanliness has to be improved. Other than this, the overall stay was truly excellent. "

"Excellent service by the front staff. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays. "
