Villa dinard SEA VIEW full city center
- This beautiful listed Dinard villa of 250 m2 completely renovated in a refined style will offer you a comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay. Ideal for 10 people.
The villa is located in the popular area of the Grand Hotel, in the heart of Dinard.
You will find all the local shops including the famous market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
You are 150 metres from the main beach of l'Ecluse.
The villa has 7 bedrooms + 1 bed on the mezzanine (no bedroom on the ground floor).
On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 cm; 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190 cm. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 cm; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm (possibility of joining them to form 1 King Size double bed). 2 bathrooms each adjoining 1 bedroom and 1 separate toilet.
The studio: 1 double bed 160x200 cm on the mezzanine with 1 shower room and toilet. This part called the studio is adjoining the common living space.
*You can easily place the baby cot in one of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is 1 large living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, French press, kettle, teapot, citrus press, toaster, microwave oven, gas stove (1 oven + 4 gas burners), dishwasher, fridge + small freezer, slicer), cooking set and crockery).
In the basement is the relaxation area with the Sauna. There is also 1 shower and 1 separate toilet.
Behind the villa you can enjoy the south-facing terrace with its garden furniture that can accommodate 8/10 people. There are plants and flowers, and even a parasol to protect yourself from our rays of Breton sunshine during your lunches or dinners.
Possibility to park your bikes inside the courtyard in front of the villa. Many cycle paths will delight sports enthusiasts. The beautiful beaches/coves of fine golden sand for rather chill days. Many walks by the Rance or by the sea will make nature lovers dream.
Sheets and towels are not provided (10€/person for short stays).
