Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 58 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi is included – we look forward to welcoming you!

Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), one of which has a desk
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- An 18 m² south-west-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, about 15 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour’s drive away
