The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present this charming 1930s-style house in Dinard, just 500 metres from Prieuré Beach. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 500 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

L’Ile Celée is laid out as follows:
Access to the house is via an external staircase.
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, armchairs, a hi-fi system and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A conservatory.
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to a balcony.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190).
- Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (two sleeping spaces, 90×190). Bed linen and towels included
- A shower room.


For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A lovely garden of around 500 m², facing north/south, with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A balcony adjoining Bedroom 1.

The house is ideally situated in Dinard, near Port Breton Park, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
Prieuré Beach is 400 metres from the house and can be reached by walking through Port Breton Park, ensuring maximum safety for children.
For walking enthusiasts, there are numerous footpaths within easy reach.
The town of Dinard offers a particularly rich cultural programme all year round. Lectures, guided tours, exhibitions, various events, the British Film Festival, etc.

Transport:
- You can park directly in the underground garage beneath the house (1 vehicle) or in the private outdoor space near the garage.
- Shuttle bus: The town shuttle bus serves the top of Rue de l’Isle Celée.
- Bus stop 4 minutes’ walk away.
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (8 minutes by car), Rennes (1 hour 20 minutes) or Nantes (2 hours 30 minutes)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
