L’appartement est très bien situé dans l’hyper Centre de Dinard. Il est conforme au descriptif. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation entre les appartements, c’est dommage !

Grand appartement clair

La communication s'est très mal passée jusqu'à l'arrivée. 15 emails répetifs et inutiles sans avoir l'adresse ni le numéro de téléphone de l'agence où retirer les clefs. Beaucoup de vaisselle sale à relaver avant de l'utiliser et sac poubelle abandonné dans les parties communes. Le boîtier portable 4G pour internet est limité à 2G par jour et a un débit insuffisant. Heureusement l'équipe sur place est serviable et aimable. Bref si ces points sont corrigés, ce sera parfait.

grand appartement spacieux au bord de la mer

Ce bel appartement est très bien placé dans une rue commerçante, très proche de la plus grande plage de Dinard. Les lits sont excellents, l'appartement très agréable avec une vue sur la mer. Malheureusement l'immeuble est ancien et les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés ! il faut marcher doucement. La cuisine est un peu petite.

A éviter si on veut du calme

Bel appartement, bien situé, agence accueillante... MAIS des murs et des plafonds en papier, voisins (à l'année) désagréables, beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, pas d'ascenseur. Stress et fatigue garantis.
