"The quality of the room wasn’t great. Our towel rack fell off the wall, the TV was so dark it was hard to watch, and there were hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. Note that they also charge $22 for parking per night for self parking in a giant empty lot, which we didn’t find out about until we were charged after checking out. Would have been great if the front desk had let us know about this extra charge upon check-in or if there was some actual safety or convenience that went with this charge."

"The property itself is in Santa Rosa, away from the real wine country. There is a $24 parking fee, not advertised ahead. Next to the freeway and the room Was noisy. Staff just decided not to do the room one day and when called we’re not even apologetic. Overall, not worth the money."

"After a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Detroit, I decided to try their Rohnert Park location—and it was just as perfect! It’s pet-friendly, has an excellent breakfast buffet, and features a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby that I loved. Parking was a breeze. Best of all, the staff was incredibly accommodating; they didn't hesitate to move me to a quieter room when a nearby baby started crying. A wonderful, pleasant stay—I'll definitely be visiting more Hampton Inns!"
