"Rooms are mostly clean. Property location is good... within walking distance to just about everything. Staff is nice. However, the elevator never work and are extremely slow. Taking the stairs to the 5 or 6 floor was not an options with small toddlers. "

"I stayed here with my son for Monster Jam. The hotel was very conveniently located for a short walk to the Alamodome. The nightly happy hour was a nice touch. The overnight front desk agent gave my son a cowboy hat at check out, which he absolutely loved. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Place is perfect for our San Antonio business trips, I always bring my dog and I do wish there was a better area to walk the dog, I noticed that no one seems to pick up after their pets, and that is ridiculous! "

"Overall, good experience. Wonderful and walkable location. Room was very spacious and nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Two areas for improvement: 1. The pool set up on the roof was great but could really use more attention to cleanliness. There weren't always clean towels out, and trash (including a bandaid and gum) was left out on the deck for multiple days. Water appeared cloudy and not the cleanest - I removed two giant floating hairballs. 2. Why don't you use fitted sheets on the beds? They kept getting untucked when we slept and feet were touching bare mattress. Unpleasant. Despite these problems, would still recommend. Fix those two areas, and it's basically perfect."
