The room was clean and served the purpose. We upgraded to a junior suite because the reservation I originally had apparently didn't include a refrigerator. We were told we'd have a view but the view was of rooftops of other buildings. The room did not have a coffee maker and when we inquired about it we were told it was $25 more a day omg! There were two TVs in the room only one of them worked. The one that would have been in these small sitting area was not working.

We upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite and thought the service could have by a little better. Even though there typically isn’t housekeeping service for stays under three days unless requested, Denice said she would request it. None came. It was too late really to ask for it when we got back. Aside from that, the bathtub wasn’t clean as we saw particles floating in the water. Outside of that, the room was beautiful and everyone was very nice.
