Maison de plain pied dans quartier pavillonnaire, secteur calme 🏡 Située à DIEUE SUR MEUSE (10 kms de VERDUN)

Cette habitation comprend une salle à manger, un salon avec canapé convertible, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre avec lit 160 x 200 cm + un grand dressing, une chambre avec un lit superposé (2 couchages 90 x 190 cm) et un lit bébé. Vous pourrez également profiter d’un grand jardin entièrement clôturé avec peu de vis à vis où vous y trouverez une terrasse, le nécessaire pour manger et vous reposer ⛱. Un petit coin potager et un poulailler agrémentent également l’extérieur 🐓. Abri pour vos vélos et motos. Cour fermée pour accueillir vos véhicules.

Équipements : TV, WIFI, barbecue, lave-linge, cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle, four, micro-onde, Cookéo, Senseo, bouilloire, grille pain), table à langer, salon extérieur, transats, barbecue, linge de lit fourni, serviettes, table et fer à repasser, le nécessaire pour bébé (table à langer, lit bébé, baignoire, chaise haute et plus si besoin). Chauffage avec chaudière au bois (mise en route et explications possibles bien entendu)

bonjour , Mes ami(e)s ont été très content de votre gite , très spacieux, très propre, bien équipé ,bien situe, au calme , le jardin est un plus avec les chiens , la cour très grande pour 2 voitures , propriété entièrement cloturèe. Si ils avaient le moindre problème vous étiez disponible par sms ou tél. Dommage qu on vous est pas vu en personne. Au plaisir de revenir l année prochaine , peu de temps pour visité Verdun et ces alentours. Merci pour tout

Belle expérience... Région à revoir sous le soleil.

Dans l'annonce, le propriétaire parle de chauffage à bois, je pense qu'il devrait préciser "Chaudière à bois". Sinon, pour le reste, relire les commentaires dans le livre d'or.

Kippen

Huis op zich was geweldig, alleen liepen bij aankomst de kippen los in de tuin. Een ramp met 2 jonge honden. Kippenhok was bovendien stuk dus de kippen konden ontsnappen. De tuin lag vol kippenkak.

Maison agréable

Maison bien confortable avec tout l'essentiel en appareils ménagers, nous avons apprécié d'avoir une cour fermée et un jardin clôturé agréable avec son petit poulailler. Propriétaire bienveillant qui accepte les compagnons à 4 pattes.
