"The room I booked was not available and the owner’s wife upgraded me for no extra charge. I was very impressed with her attitude to make things right. The bed was most comfortable that I have ever stayed in and the pillows were new. "

"Very difficult for Grab drivers to find. Place was double booked so the other guests showed up very surprised! It all got worked out eventually. Basically very nice house in a messy back road. If you want to be close to Bana Hills this is an interesting way to do it. Grab took 10 mins to cable cars. Owner sent staff over....

"Absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were spacious, excellent air conditioning. The pool was well looked after and the area is beautiful. A short drive away from the old town so it's nice and quiet. Very relaxing. The staff were so so so nice, they made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay the best!"
