The approximately 25m² studio apartment is equipped with a double bed (consisting of two single beds), fully equipped kitchenette, Smart TV for Netflix & YouTube, a cozy seating and dining area, fast Wi-Fi, Alexa voice assistants, hair dryer, iron and much more. You can park for free right in front of the house and check in to the apartment at any time with the help of a key safe. The apartment has a separate entrance separate from the rest of the house.

The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Some basics such as spices and coffee are also available free of charge. Use the hob or oven with integrated microwave to conjure up the dish of your choice - enough pots, pans and sharp knives are available.

The sleeping area has a very comfortable 1,80m x 2,00m double bed (consisting of two single beds) ready for you. Tip: The beds can be separated at any time. The apartment has a large window, the installed curtains provide a strong blackout, so you can sleep undisturbed.

In the daylight bath not only a new shower is waiting for you, but also lots of fresh towels. A hair dryer with a lot of power and a make-up mirror you will find there as well.
