"Excellent, close to everything, very very convenient and clean. Also the rubber duckies are yours to take."

"Very handy hotel for Ixelles, Sant Gilles, Bailli and can walk to city centre or get a tram. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is the sound proofing not so good - could hear other guests in the night / early morning. Room was spacious. Shower above the bath - I would prefer just a big shower but it gives options. Sat in the lounge area with friends and it us feel comfortable. Didn’t use bar or have breakfast but lots of places nearby for food and drink. Would stay again "
