The apartment sleeps 5 people in total. The bedroom features a luxurious box-spring bed. The living room has another comfortable bed for two people as well as a single bed for one person.

There’s a small desk for those who’d like to work during their holiday.

The holiday rental includes a parking space in the building’s underground garage (top level of a duplex). A short hiking trail is located right nearby.

The beach in St. Alban is perfect for swimming and relaxing and is a 15-minute walk away. A supermarket is about a 3-minute drive away. From Dießen, there are bus and train connections in all directions.

The Greifenberg highway on-ramp is only about a 20-minute drive away, and Munich is another 30 minutes from there. In the town itself, you’ll find not only many charming shops, restaurants, and cafés, but also supermarkets, doctors’ offices, and pharmacies.

Among the attractions that can be reached within an hour are the Zugspitze, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Neuschwanstein Castle, Augsburg, and the Ammergau Alps.
