"3 nights here for family trip. Charming hotel. Wonderful location in heart of Vienna near shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Speakeasy bar at hotel was cozy and lovely for a before or after dinner cocktail. Less American style and more old European but we enjoyed our stay. "

"The breakfast was very good, but they should implement cooked breakfast I would suggest is that in the shower there should be a shelf where the guests can put their own products when they are using in the in the shower. I understand there policy behind the towers and the bedsheets been changed every two days but some customers would like to be changed every single day. The only thing I found very inconvenient was that I had to keep on telling the receptionist to change the towels and the bedsheets in our room. Everything was fantastic at the hotel. We really enjoyed it. We were there for my birthday and everything was very good. It would be nice if the hotel did something for a special occasion to make the Customer very welcome and enjoy the special days they have there. "

"I chose the hotel because of the location which is excellent! Walking distance (if you're an active person, like only 20 min walking to Innere Stadt) to the main attractions, and subway station next to the hotel. The reception personell that happened to be at the front desk when I checked in was quite scripted, bar staff was friendly! The bar menu is modest, the wines are good, the ambiance is lovely. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so can't say anything about that, I had my breakfast at Tagsüber which is just a 10 minute walk away and have delicious breakfast alternativets. The hotel room was clean and very elegant. I had a room facing the sunrise which I loved! If you're not a morning person the curtains will block light very well. The hotel bed was super comfortable. The shower is fully glass and placed by the bed, I don't mind the design, there's a curtain that you can shield the shower with it it would bother you. The toiletries are modest, only a shower gel and a shampoo (Malin+Goetz) - just a note for people with long hair, bring your own conditioner 😅"

"The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating. "
