The staff was real nice especially the night front desk guy. The breakfast attendant was also very kind I arrived late to the free breakfast and she still allowed me to get whatever I wanted. The pool was very very cold. And the noise from the traffic outside was very loud in our room. No noise reduction. It took awhile to fall asleep but the bed comfortable and the room was clean.

No complaints other than we wish they had a jacuzzi. Otherwise the staff was friendly enough, rooms were clean, and the breakfast smelled great! (We had breakfast plans otherwise would have partook lol)

This was our first stay at an IHG property and it was such a great experience start to finish I don’t want to travel anywhere there isnt one! I requested a later checkout so the desk staff signed me up w the rewards program and got me an extra 2 hours to rest and decompress! The saltwater pool was open to guests until 11pm....my family fekt so spoiled and were treated like royalty

Not as clean as I thought it would be based on other reviews I read before booking. Was just ok. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast ok but mostly just pre-made, frozen/heated food. On a positive, coffee was available very early in the a.m.

First thing got there tv didn’t work then they fixed tv and remote didn’t work, got ready to go to bed and the bedding looked filthy with stains on it I would not let my dog sleep on it

I would stay here again!
We checked in by 3pm and asked for a room on a higher floor and they complied. The breakfast had a good selection, the area was neat and clean. What I really appreciated was that they found my hearing aid charger when they cleaned the room and it was in lost and found. Fortunately, my friend who we visited came and picked it up and mailed it to me at a future stop on our trip. The hotel was very nice about the situation.

This isn’t one of the nicest holiday inn express we’ve stayed in. It wasn’t as clean and staff weren’t as friendly. There were also people eating in the pool area who made use of that space unpleasant, but about whom staff didn’t really do anything.

Just right for an easy one night stay. No frills, but no surprises. For an up charge of $50 we were able to stay with our 7 pound dog, something we can’t do everywhere.

Fabulous stay and service!
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The facilities were beautifully maintained, our room was super comfortable for our family of 5 and breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. The best part? The staff was just fabulous! They were consistently friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming.

Great Hotel , but!
Lobby was very welcoming and clean. Stayed in room 222 it smelled very musty and the floor was extremely sticky. Beds were very comfy and sheets nice and clean. Room could just use a good deep clean of the floor.
