"We enjoyed our stay. Some things for consideration …Cabin was listed for 6, but outdoor seating on both porches only provided 3 chairs and not enough silverware and bowls for 6. It should be noted in description of property that the driveway is steep and gravel and not suitable for handicap and motorcycles. "

"It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen."

"This house is as described with a great yard and plenty of space. You’ll be about 10-12 minutes to Ashland City and 35-40 minutes to downtown Nashville. Ashland City was a neat little town that really had all we needed. The hot tub and great backyard area were both awesome. I really enjoyed the basement living room."

"We stayed for 6 days with my son’s family and it was the perfect spot away from the hustle bustle of the city. Loved the two levels to give separate spaces for the kids. Great porch for relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again!"

"We stayed here for an annual girls trip. The property was mostly as expected. The interior of the house was perfect for what we were looking for, a few things were broken but that comes with owning a home. Only a few minor complaints on the outdoor amenities. Net for pool cleaning was too big for the leaves and bugs, no bug repellent, deck had some weak spots, and there was a wasp nest by the hot tub. My biggest complaint was the lawn people. They came around 3p on Friday. All 10 of us were out...
