Welcome to the Coastal Town of San Leon, a hidden treasure tucked away right on the Gulf. With this new build home, you can enjoy the water view, on any of our 3 porches. In the mood for fishing, take a short walk down the street and drop your line in the Gulf. Drive 10 minutes to the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Have dinner at the trendy Pier 6 restaurant, 2 miles away. Or, take a short drive to Galveston (25 minutes away). This growing coastal city has so much for you to do.

Cozy cottage

Loved our stay. We couldn’t find the bed linen and they had some delivered immediately! Very quick response time with all communication. Clean, comfortable; would definitely stay here again.

All Good!

Check in was easy, the cottage was as described. Close proximity to great seafood restaurants. Galveston is only about 1/2 hour away for a great beach and historical city. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay with plenty to do in the area or just stay at the house. The kids enjoyed playing cornhole and hanging out. Hope to stay again in the future!

A perfect little gem!

This house was perfect in every way! So clean, uncluttered and with every single thing a guest could need and more. Terrific location to great local restaurants and the water. It was exactly as described, but book for longer than a weekend for a super-chill, relaxing place to spend your time.

AMAZING Property!!

My family and I LOVED our stay here! The house so so cute, clean and cozy! It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend not too far away from home! Definitely recommend this property. Lots of space in the house, wonderful outdoor patios and games were an added plus! We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we end up in the area again!

New Year Get-Away

Had an awesome time neatly and quickly tucked away at this beautiful piece of property! It ‘s location lends itself to close proximity of several highly rated sights while being off the beaten path. The owners have the place beautifully decorated and is a diamond in the San Leon community!! Would definitely do this one again.

What a great cute cottage!!

We stayed here for the last part of our spring break. Super nice cozy cottage with so much attention to detail! Everything looks like new! Super close to the Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston, and the NASA space center. You have views of the bay from the balconies. Very nice!

Great vacation

Everything was neat and perfect I enjoyed the view and the house. My family and I felt very welcomed,I hope to be back soon because everything was so nice and pleasant.
