Welcome to the Coastal Town of San Leon, a hidden treasure tucked away right on the Gulf. With this new build home, you can enjoy the water view, on any of our 3 porches. In the mood for fishing, take a short walk down the street and drop your line in the Gulf. Drive 10 minutes to the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Have dinner at the trendy Pier 6 restaurant, 2 miles away. Or, take a short drive to Galveston (25 minutes away). This growing coastal city has so much for you to do.

Cozy cottage

Loved our stay. We couldn’t find the bed linen and they had some delivered immediately! Very quick response time with all communication. Clean, comfortable; would definitely stay here again.

All Good!

Check in was easy, the cottage was as described. Close proximity to great seafood restaurants. Galveston is only about 1/2 hour away for a great beach and historical city. Would definitely stay again.

AMAZING Property!!

My family and I LOVED our stay here! The house so so cute, clean and cozy! It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend not too far away from home! Definitely recommend this property. Lots of space in the house, wonderful outdoor patios and games were an added plus! We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we end up in the area again!

A perfect little gem!

This house was perfect in every way! So clean, uncluttered and with every single thing a guest could need and more. Terrific location to great local restaurants and the water. It was exactly as described, but book for longer than a weekend for a super-chill, relaxing place to spend your time.

The property was great. No problems or surprises. Every thing was clean and there was plenty of things to do from cooking smores around fire pit to playing corn hole. We will diffently recommend to friends.

Hidden Gem

This was our second time staying at this property and third in San Leon. My partner and I were looking for a tucked away place by the ocean and found this place. It is awesome. Very well appointed with great kitchenware to work with. Comfortable and amenities like an outdoor fire pot, grill, privacy yard. The hosts are EXTREMELY attentive and you can’t ask for more from a host. If this is your first time in San Leon, just know it’s obviously been wrecked by a hurricane or two and the community is building back slowly. Safe and quiet place but one may think differently at first glance. We love going up to Kemah and visiting Rose’s Seafood to get fresh seafood to cook. Thank you to Scott and Tee!! We hope to be back again soon for our third visit!

Therapeutic and Healing a much needed family getaway!

This place is forever special to me because it gave my family and I peace and joy as well celebrated my mother’s 71st birthday. We loss my brother to stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer in 2021, birthdays and holidays have never been the same, a link was gone. My mother has struggled ever since. We have stayed at many homes but something about this stay brought a sense of clam, peace and joy to her and the rest of us! We adore this home and how every intricate detail accented the home and made it so cozy and comfy. We will be back as it has been truly magical for my family! Thank you

Most excellent adventure

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the cozy cottage for 2 wonderful weeks. Everything about our stay was amazing. The booking was seamless and all communications were prompt. The moment we arrived at the property everything was exactly as the pictures showed. Once we open the front door and walked in we immediately felt happy and at home. Not only were there fresh flowers on the counter but there was also a bottle of champagne and an exciting box of snacks there for us to enjoy. There was also bottled water in the fridge for us. We found the home to be very clean and well maintained. Everything promised and pictured was exact. Everything was there for us from coffee to shampoo and conditioner. I can’t say enough about the property and Tujuana was always available to answer questions. We were even offered a cleaning service to come in during our stay which we graciously excepted. If you a looking for a fun, clean enjoyable place to stay in San Leon look at this Cozy Cottage you won’t go wrong. Thank you for letting my wife and I share your home. Skip and Roxy

Amazing
