We recently returned from an incredible stay at The Residences @ The Crane, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing Barbados getaway. The unit itself was stunning - truly 5-star resort quality with high-end finishes and a beautiful layout.What really set this experience apart, however, was our host. He was absolutely top-tier: highly responsive and attentive to every request without ever being overbearing. His hospitality truly shone when both my wife and I unfortunately came down with a stomach virus; he checked in on us constantly to ensure we had everything we needed to recover.He also recommended a driver through Poinciana Luxe who was superb - easily the best transport experience we’ve had on the island. If you stay here, definitely use his recommendation.

Very grateful, very impressed, and already planning a return trip! The Poinciana condo in Barbados is something genuinely special, and Rodney and Robert are two of the finest hosts I have ever had the pleasure of working with.From the moment our flight landed, they took care of everything. Airport pickup, car rental, restaurant recommendations that actually matched our taste, excursions that fit our vibe perfectly. Nothing felt like a script. It felt like being looked after by people who genuinely cared, and that is a rarity no matter how much you spend on a trip. It was pure genuine hospitality and it was truly special.The condo itself was stunning. I am the kind of traveler who notices the details, and the details here were impeccable. The space was thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home rather than a rental. What Rodney, Robert, and the rest of the team have created is something that the biggest hotel chains in the world spend millions trying to manufacture and rarely achieve.It is the feeling of being genuinely welcomed, genuinely cared for, and genuinely celebrated. We left Barbados already thinking about when we will come back. If you are looking for a property that will exceed your expectations and a team that will make you feel like the only guests that matter, book a Poinciana unit. You will not regret it for a single second.Highest possible recommendation, full stop!
