"Overall our stay was great. I would have given 5 stars but 2 out of our 3 days stay the elevator was out of service, had to use the stairs (not a huge problem) but the stairway was very warm. The room was comfortable, air conditioning very loud but cooled down enough at night didn’t need to use it. Very clean and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast very well stocked and every employee I came across was very very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area."

"This was a very spontaneous last moment decision to stay here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! ❤️ I was traveling to go camping when I had car trouble, Megan whom I thought was the property manager was my Angel 😇 she made me feel safe, welcomed and drove me to and from the mechanic shop. Her personality and the helpful staff made my stay amazing! I was able to get back on the road and contunue my camping journey for a friends 62nd birthday! Tammy from the Bay Area"

"We were comfortable and the room was clean. No big complaints or really anything bad to say. We did find out upon checking in that our room was in the 1st floor (that’s fine) but the whole first floor a/c wasn’t working and there were fans in the room. The clerk actually stated it this way “Your room is on our first floor, which you chose based on your booking. (? no clue) Our first floor a/c is not working and so each room only has a fan. I hope that will be okay because all other rooms in the hotel are booked.” I think that could have been delivered better and the fan situation explained better also. At first the statement made me mad. I had no clue what floor I was to be on…and it would have been nice to get a message about no a/c before we arrived. Upon walking into the room, it was good to see that it wasn’t just a little oscillating fan which is what I had pictured when the clerk told us. The room temperature was comfortable. My only complaint was the noise it made, which woke me up several times overnight. I know nothing can be immediately done when things break but maybe some communication by message to your guest ahead of what to expect and then teach your staff better delivery of that information in person. Thanks!"
