After a long ride to Las Vegas, it was refreshing to see some smiling faces. The Consumer Service team at the front desk greeted us warmly when we entered the property. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were clean. Thank you; it was exactly what we needed!

Overall, we had a great stay. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfect for families. My kids absolutely loved it, and I really appreciated that it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip—it made the trip feel more relaxing. The only reason I can’t give it a full five stars is because of a major issue with check-in. I had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because I couldn’t charge anything to the room. I also spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service, who reassured me it was fixed, but it wasn’t. It ended up being a big inconvenience and took up too much of my time. That said, once past the check-in issue, everything else about the property and stay was excellent.

Great pool complex. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very practical.
