The rooms are not sound proof, so be prepared to bring your ear plugs. Also, the staff is not attentive to the requests. We had to call several times to request water and other mundane items. The restaurant staff was however, very attentive and considerate,

The room itself was very good, but due to a burst pipe there was a strong unpleasant smell constantly coming into our room. Additionally, because of a haldi ceremony taking place, we were not allowed to access the pool. We did not expect this kind of experience from such a reputed brand.
