Lovely guesthouse in a very safe area

What a lovely guesthouse in Dhigurah. We spent 6 nights here and tbh we could stay here forever. Felt right at home from the start. Haseef and his crew were so friendly and Abel to organise trips and rides for us. I enjoyed the traditional Maldivian brekkie but only had it once because my wife don't eat eggs or tuna so we tended to have coffee and biscuits in the room. The area is very safe, it's close to the local Mosque so you will hear the prayers daily but we didn't mind that as it's part of their culture and we found it quite grounding. The guesthouse is in the village part so lots of locals living around you but everyone just goes on about their own business anyway. The room was always clean and although simple ie no TV, we didn't mind as spent more time either on the beach (2 mins walk right as you leave the guesthouse), on excursions or asleep. Highly recommend this place and absolutely would love to come.back. Maldivians are extremely laid-back so don't expect lots of contact beforehand to arrange transfers, I have OCD and must of sent a dozen emails and text messages lol.
