It seems unfair to name one member of staff over another as they were all truly outstanding. I can not recommend this resort enough. You get a dedicated concierge upon your arrival who ensures you have a wonderful time and plans your stay according to your preferences so you can just enjoy and relax. But it goes beyond that, we were surprised with so many special and personal touches that just put the service above and beyond anything we expected.
