AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful.

Affordable premium hotel near airport

The hotel has comfortable rooms with large and luxiurous beds. The bathroom was clean but relatively small and was well-equipped with a selection of shampoo, lotion etc. The staff was very helpful in getting airport taxi at 5:00 and even made a breakfast box for us. The only complaint might be the railroad close to the hotel but the train intervals are long. The hotel is recommendable.

So small that the bed barely fits

All the way at the corner. Room is so small that you can only get in the bed from 1 side. There is like 6" of clearance on 3 sides of the bed. BEWARE, Pictures are most deceiving.

Close to airport. They pick up and drop off. Which is essential to have reliable safe transport in Bd. Quiet hotel. It is next to the train line but I enjoyed the trains going by. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Nice staff Overall would stay again.

空港送迎が便利

最初の一泊、夜到着のため空港近くのそれなりのホテルを探し、利用しました。 割引で税込み7000円弱でしたが、客層は「旅行者よりも現地ハイクラスビジネスマン」のカテゴリーだと思います。家具などかなりお金をかけているのがわかります。空港送迎（メールアドレスをHP調べてやりとり）、Wifi、朝食、いずれも快適でした。グルシャンなどに用事がなければ、CPはこの付近の方が圧倒的に良いと思いました。

Nous avions réservé 2 chambre pour pouvoir dormir quelques heures car notre départ était tôt le matin. Impossible de dormir trop de bruit. J'ai vérifié que mes fenêtre étaient bien fermées, c'était comme dormir dans la rue.

Wir haben das Hotel fuer einen Zwischenstop genutzt. Das Hotel bietet auf Anfrage kostenlosen Abhol- und Bringservice an, den man nutzen sollte. Das Hotel liegt auch fuer Taxifahrer etwas versteckt. Service, Zimmer, Fruehstueck in Ordnung. Ingesamt alles ordentlich.

Great Hotel affordable price!

Service was excellent, Mr Hossian the manager was extremely nice and accommodating! Entire staff was very nice and welcoming specially the restaurant staff. I will defiantly be staying again soon. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for making my stay with my wife an awsome one!

Hotel is veery close to the airport, and pick and drop is complimentary. Rooms are clean, bit cozy but comfortable. They have a good restaurant. Food was good. Staff is very cooperative. I will go there again. Most important, they have a spa.. I would suggest you to visit.

FAIR CHOICE

1) Good receiption and very friendly and eager to service.. This is very good. Hotel staff with good English. 2) No table for computer use at all. Nevertheless the light for it. Chaged to a bigger room but the table is too high to sit to use the computer. 3) Credit card is not working at payment time for upgrade charge. 4) Have booked 2 beds room but offered only single bed room. 5) Totally new room, smelly inside for the furnishing. 6) Very good complimentary Mercedes Benz delivery to the airport. 7) Offer breakfast to the room. Very convenient. 8) All in all, fair price to stay. Worth the money.
