Welcome to 116 Houston St. in Dewey Beach!
This spacious bayside retreat is ideally located just one block from the beach and a short stroll to the heart of downtown Dewey Beach. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Designed with group getaways in mind, the property features two separate living areas—each with its own upgraded kitchen, dining space, and living room. It's a great setup for vacationing together while still enjoying a little extra privacy. Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including a large deck, a covered patio, and a side yard that's perfect for gathering. A gas grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating make al fresco meals and relaxing after the beach easy and enjoyable. With off-street parking for up to 10 vehicles, you can park once and explore everything on foot. The beach, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and water sport rentals are all within walking distance. This property is pet-friendly (maximum of two dogs; breed restrictions and pet fee apply). Linens are not included, but a rental package is available. Whether you're spending the day in the sun, checking out Dewey's lively nightlife, or unwinding with a book on the deck, 116 Houston St. is the perfect home base for your Delaware beach vacation.

Spacious Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Location is great, an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Dewey. It is well stocked, great outdoor spaces, and plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The space was perfect for family vacation to Dewey! We used to always come here as kids growing up and now as adults we wanted to come back with our families and parents. There was a great amount of space for the kids and adults and the two units was a nice divide for those who wanted to wake up early with the kiddos and those who wanted to sleep in. Loved our stay and would definitely come back in the future!

Great house and location

The house was very clean and well maintained and the owners clearly take the visitors comfort seriously. We had a minor issue with the microwave oven and it was handled right away. Smooth sailing the rest of the way. The beach was an easy walk and never crowded.

Great house for larger family

We stayed as a larger group of extended family members and the house was the best of both worlds. It was clean, well-appointed, offered privacy for smaller groups given the two separated units while being super close to the restaurants and beaches

Great place, spacious, quiet

Overall this was a great place with lots of room. Short walk to the main strip of Dewey and right across the street from a beach entrance (short walk). Owners were very helpful and responsive with any needs.

Wonderful property

We rented both the A and B units and both were well appointed. We had easy access to the beach, and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs for us to use while visiting. The B unit is newly remodeled and has new air conditioning units - it looked beautiful and was very comfortable. Upstairs was also beautiful, and we had a very well-stocked kitchen. I would definitely recommend this house for a stay in Dewey Beach!

Great house. Terrific location

Right in the heart of Dewey. Well equipped. Large. Roomy. Tons of off street parking. The owner could not have been nicer. Would definitely stay again if I needed a large house.
