  • Welcome to Waves & Wags! Enjoy this dog-friendly, ocean block beach cottage located in Dewey, just steps (7 houses) from beautiful, guarded beaches right in the heart of town. Walk to local restaurants, shops, nightlife, and bay activities, or hop on the Jolly Trolley (during peak season) for a quick ride to Rehoboth Beach for dining, shopping, and the boardwalk. This renovated front cottage sleeps 7 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a full hall bath with tub/shower and a private ensuite with shower), and a spacious open floor plan. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. Outside, relax on the front flagstone patio with Adirondack chairs or the charming private back deck with enclosed outdoor shower. Plus a fenced stone dog run along the side of the house. Parking includes 2 off-street spaces plus 2 Dewey Beach street permits. Park your car and never have to worry about driving. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys included. Please note towels & linens are not provided. Dogs are welcome with a $300 pet fee.
    NO SENIOR WEEK or BEACH WEEK celebrations permitted. VRBO rentals are subject to cancellation fee.

Great property right next to the beach and restaurants. Dog friendly! It was a great stay. Only suggestion I have is to install detachable shower heads. We had a great time!

Beatiful house, great location!

This dog friendly house was perfect for us! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Walked to the beach every day with our German shepherd and was close to all shops and restaurants!
