Welcome to Seaside on Saulsbury! Our oceanfront property offers 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and is located on the top floor of a traditional 2-story Dewey Beach condo building. This unit is one of 3 we offer in this 6-unit building. So... if you're looking for a group get-a-way, add one or both of our other units to stay next door to each other! All 3 units provide 7 brs & 6 bths, for a comfortable stay for14 and 6 dogs, and a max of 17. A great option for family reunions, multiple families, work groups, friends, groups, wedding parties, you name it! Inquire directly with host for more info on availability and rates.

Seaside on Saulsbury offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes from the living room, primary bedroom and screened porch. With a fully stocked & updated kitchen (including cleaning products, dish soaps, hand soap and paper products) with an eat-at butcher block island that seats 5 and new Quartz countertops. In-unit washer/dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided), central air and original hardwood floors throughout. Our home offers character and charm with a whimsical beach themed décor. Convenience, Cleanliness and Comfort is our moto!

The building (Colonial Seas Condominiums) offers an outside shower, gas grill, outdoor sand yard to have a fire &/or play games. You have two reserved parking spaces in front of the building. The bedrooms have been redecorated, and re-configured to take advantage of the ocean views from the comfort of your bed. The unit is fresh and clean with newer beds, furniture and washer/dryer. Seaside on Saulsbury is ready and waiting for YOU to love it as we do!
*Please note - sheets and bath/beach towels are not provided in this unit, but can be added for an additional fee with notification.
**Dining table has been updated to seat 6, island seats 5 and a table has been added to the screened in porch.

Our stay was great at this VRBO. The host was available for any questions and even let us check in early and check out late! The cleaning crew should probably be upgraded, but otherwise, a wonderful stay!

This is a great property with owners who take a lot of pride in their properties but also about your stay. We thought the communication was exceptional. The location is amazing and has an amazing view of the ocean from the screened in porch. Hearing the waves at all times was amazing!

Dewey in the Fall is amazing!

We loved that the beach was so close - it was nice to see the ocean and hear it. Had everything we needed for a fun Fall weekend in Dewey. Just a quick walk from restaurants and shops yet tucked away right near the beach.

Great Beach Birthday Weekend

We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday here for a summer weekend. The house was plenty big for 5 of us, clean and located right next to the beach. Jenny was very communicative and easy to work with. The weekend was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted with our stay. Jenny was an exceptionally responsive, flexible host who made our quick winter getaway very easy. The apartment is well-laid out and feels spacious, 2 bathrooms is a plus. Just a short walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Good set up, we’d come back!

Perfect Location in Dewey.

This rental is ideal. The location faces the beach and is tucked away from the bustle of town. You are close enough to walk to everything, including Rehoboth, but can also stow away, if preferred. We had some minor inconveniences, but the owner was prompt and responsive.

Let me start by saying Jenny was wonderful. She was so quick to respond to all of my inquiries that I had no worries that everything would go smoothly. And if, by chance, anything unexpected were to occur, she would be ontop of it. As far as the place, it is a quintessential beach unit with everything you need that is located right in the heart of Dewey Beach. Jenny does a terrific job and you won't regret going with her.
