The Space:
Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized LG fridge, electric cooktop and under-bench oven, double sink and a tall table with 4 stools. There’s also an under-bench Haier combined washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a couch which converts into a single bed if needed, a rug for winter comfort and a ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom with a skylight in the ceiling to let in natural light. The bedroom is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building. The ensuite bathroom has stylish floor-to-ceiling tiling and a roomy shower recess with a glass screen.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire Devonport Loft Apartment. This includes the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with air conditioning, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and access to a small balcony. The ensuite bathroom is also for your private use. Please note that the building has strict noise policies, so we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

Or learn about the traditional lifestyle of Tasmanian Aboriginal people at the Tiagarra Aboriginal Culture Centre and Museum, which displays petroglyphs and designs in rock. There is only timed street parking available, although there are $5 a day parking options nearby and parking is free on Sundays. The area is also served by public transport, and walking is always an option – you can walk to Devonport’s centre in about 13 minutes.

Overall - clean, excellent location in Devonport. Would have liked parking to be included as street parking is paid parking from 8:30am to 6pm and it wasn't cheap.
After taking the Spirit of Tasmania ferry to East Devonport, I hopped in an Uber for just a 5 minute drive! I was able to self-check in and everything in the apartment was exactly as pictured - clean, quiet, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, and washing machine. Great place to land after a long ferry trip.

A designated parking bay would be very beneficial for the future but I would happily return for another visit all the same!
