"An efficient, practical motel. Everything clean and operational. It's nice to be able to park your car right outside your front door!
Areas for improvement:
There's a 'virtual' reception. The onsite cleaning/management staff were very helpful and accommodating, but whoever was answering the phone to deal with reservations let the team down.
Single heavy curtains. It'd be nice if there were some light shade curtains that let you see out without letting passers-by see in.
The lights outside the front doors of the rooms were very bright and white. Great for security. Not so great for ambiance."
"This was an amazing property with such nice amenities such as coffee and snacks . Close to restaurants in town. Would recommend it to family and friends"
"The room was great. There was a separation so that each person had their own bedroom yet it was still within in the same room.
That was a plus. For privacy. But it was also a minus. Because we tended to retreat to our individual rooms, instead of gathering in the living room area to socialize. But that part depends on the people.
The innkeeper went above and beyond.
One example. He created a custom workaround for the problem of no decaf coffee in the room
He recommended easy hikes and easy four-wheel-drive trails for us 2 old ladies.
He was just so friendly, helpful, and amazing.
And humble about it."
"En 4 días de estancia, ni han venido a limpiar, no a hacer la cama, ni a cambiar toallas y al marchar me han pedido via sms que deshiciera la cama, que tirara la basura y que dejara las toallas en el baño. Un poco extraño para nosotros. Desayuno muy bueno"
"House accommodated a family of 5 comfortably. The house has 1 bathroom but hot water heater worked amazing enough for all of us to get a hot shower after a long day of hiking. Sharing a bathroom was challenging but we made it work. We love the fact the house was centrally located to 3 National parks capital reef, escalante and bryce canyon. The longest drive was about an hour an a half to capital reef but the drive there was amazing. Hwy 12 is beautiful and its worth the drive. The house provided everything we needed. I would stay there again."
"A magical place. Everything you need and very comfortable beds in a a location that feels extremely remote but great restaurants are not far away. Absolute fabulous."
