"We have stayed at Campanile Hotels as they are conveniently situated, have ample free parking and have a restaurant. The room was clean and there was a large comfortable bed, good size bathroom and have external blinds which makes the room dark for sleeping. We were very disappointed as the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday. The website stated it was open every day of the week including Sundays which is why we booked. Their own website should be updated! "

"Well presented room, in a quirky building that was slightly difficult to find as the name board has fallen down at some time and not been put back up. Would consider using again, but might look for options slight closer to the centre of Montlucon. We were only staying for one night on our way south through France. Staff friendly, continental breakfast ok and parking on site."

Les negociations ont duré 1h10, impossible d'avoir de l'aide via le service client qui ne traite que par chat, nous avons perdu patience ayant roulé toute la journee, il faisait plus de 30° ce jour là. Finalement on nous a attribué une chambre. Nous déplorons cet incident qui nous a gâché la soirée et le manque d'aide du service...
