"Stayed here for one night as part of our Ring Road trip and it was perfect for that. Place was clean, we booked one of the family rooms and we basically had our own small little building with its own patio and living room. it was actually perfect and one of my favorite places we stayed. It is out in the middle of nowhere but if you follow instructions you get to an amazing place. It was 11km down the dirt/little bumpy road and you will cross two bridges. Once you get past the second bridge you can't miss it. Follow the link they send in the instructions for mapping as the hotel address takes you to reception which is way before the guesthouse itself. I didn't need to stop by the reception as the key was in the door and they let me know which room we were assigned. The shared area had hot plates and plenty of cookware to cook a meal if you want. it also had microwaves but as people mentioned bring your own food, once you head down the road for the night you won't want to go back out."

"Great hotel and location!!! Perfect to have as a home base to then go out and see the area. Really close to gas station and market. The only thing I would say - and is not a problem with the hotel - is that the doors are pretty heavy and most guests don’t take into consideration to close them carefully, so when they slam shut it makes quite a loud noise."

"The little guy was so cute and exactly as advertised. Check in was fast and easy. The shared shower and toilet block wasn’t as far away as I thought. It was all very clean and always available when needed. Great view from the hut too."
