Pros: Cheap, good location, good waffles at the breakfast. Cons: Our bathroom was gross. Dried blood in the shower and beside the toilet. The smell of cigarette smoke would waft through the room frequently despite it being a no smoking facility. In fact, we walked out of our room only to find a cigarette on the floor of the hallway. The walls are paper thin, so if you want to listen to guy in the room beside you cough up phlegm in the bathroom, this is the place for you! Check in wasn’t smooth. Had to wait 15 min for someone to go to the desk and check us in. The phone rang the entire time we waited and no one answered. If you’re looking for a cheap place to spend one night and don’t need to use the bathroom, this will probably work. Overall would not recommend.

I stayed there 5 nights and only had the "do not disturb" sign on the door knob the first night. In those 5 nights my room was never cleaned so i never got fresh bed sheets or clean towels. The 3rd day i noticed ants in the bathroom and told the front desk which he said he would have housekeeping clean and maintenance spray. None of this happened so i told the desk the 4th day which he replied with a similar response and there was a housekeeping lady there at the desk so he told her specifically to clean my room and still nothing happened.

They did not hold the specific room that I requested and that was available at the time of request and I ended up being surprised with that information when I arrived at the property, and was forced to settle for another room that was not as nice .

The hotel stated no smoking and newly renovated. However the only part of the hotel renovated was the lobby section. As soon as you walked up to the elevator. There was a horrible smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The elevator was old looking. Arriving at out floor the carpet was filthy and the hallway looked grimy. However the room itself was clean but again there were many patrons who were smoking. The smell had me choked up being a non smoker.There was nothing inside the refrigerator as we are accustomed to having at least complimentary water. Not even a coffee maker. The bathroom was outdated and old. The room had a widow overlooking the pool. There was a light post situated there that not even the curtain could block the bright light. It was like daylight in our room which was a big inconvenience.

The room never got warm. The room was dusty needed to be vacuumed. When I arrived to my room a maintenance man was coming out. A few minutes later he knocked on the door to fix something in the bathroom. Bathroom had no towel racks. The hallway’s looked spooky.

Smells like pot in the hallways. The lobby is nice but the rooms are dirty and had a funky smell. The beds are comfortable but the toilet didn’t flush waste away.

Elevator was out of service. The room had no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger. There was no remote for the TV. The breakfast had no hot water available unless it was by heating water in the microwave. The bathroom sink stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t fill the basin with water. I go every two weeks and every 2 weeks they take a $50 deposit that is not mentioned on the Expedia booking site.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean. They’ve recently done some remodeling updates and it looked nice. The beds are only full size and firm but clean. The breakfast was mediocre, missing some proteins but had the standard waffles, cereal, toast and juice. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall, I was happy with the hotel for the cost of our stay and we would stay here again.

overall property was adequate. When we got into our room, the smell of marijuana was horrible. I called front desk they offered to move our room, but we were in bed and very tired. The next day I asked for a refund, and they said because I booked through Expedia, they had no control, so beware booking through Expedia. The morning manager said it wasn't the hotel's "problem" if guests smoked in building, even though it is against the law. The fire department should have been called. You are required to pay a $50 deposit to prevent you from smoking in rooms or stealing towels! In the morning of departure, the hallway had such a strong smell of marijuana, our eyes were burning. Please do not stay at this hotel

The facility is very tired in general. The common areas were cold, as was our room at first. There was a constant noise during the night of a machine running, so not very restful. In the morning we had the included breakfast which was sparse AND THE COFFEE WAS COLD!!! It seemed that the staff just barely knew their jobs. We only needed a brief overnight stay and so it fulfilled our need in that way but I cannot recommend it, nor would I be a repeat customer. It needs either more attention, or to close down.
