"Great location, walkable attractions, and incredible food, with excellent hospitality. My only complaint was a transportation issue that caused us to miss our first day of check-in. I was in contact with the hotel directly but received no response, so when we arrived, they gave up our room. This was eventually corrected, but I would like a credit for that day or a refund. Housekeeping was another issue— we didn’t see housekeeping until checkout, and towels and washcloths took hours to receive."
