"Wasnt impressed with the coffee/breakfast cafe on first floor. Service was horrible and staff was more conversational with staff than guests. Price was also very high. Basement bar prices and staff were exceptional - very happy with the service. The bar on 3rd floor was very understaffed and the prices were almost double basement bar. Seems they prided themselves on text interaction yet the response to requests was either very late or not answered. We waited on clean towels all day, asked twice and it still took a phone call late at night after our return from a conference. "

"Staff at check-in was very helpful; staff at restaurant was great; housekeeping staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was filthy-I was surprised because I've stayed here for years when I traveled to this area. The beds were comfy. Parking garage was nice. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms like some of their competitors. Overall, pretty decent experience. "

"Sheets on one bed had two brown streaks the other bed had makeup on sheets one pillow case had hair on it and another pillow was all wrinkly like someone had used it The toilet should be replaced it’s flushes slow and fills with water before flush happens poor design of toilet not plugged Ac unit would not turn off loud ALL night"
