This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest before check-in. This is standard practice for all bookings. We retain the right to refuse access to the property until your ID is collected and verified

★ SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★
Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.

Please respect the quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am.
