Good: Clean rooms and everywhere, Good room design & quality, Free buses to downtown
Not so good: Expensive, downtown is not so close as we expected and the way to downtown not very pleasant to walk
I really enjoyed my stay at your property. Hotel valet staff did awesome! 2 things I noted were the shower was designed so you have to be inside the shower to turn it on when the water is cold and the other was the front desk staff who checked me in was pretty curt and borderline rude. (Black long silver haired woman) while the employee checking in the folks next to her was cheerful and informative. Just little things and I will stay again while in Detroit. Thank you!

The staff all were unhappy to be at work. Or they all just dont like people. Either way, I wont be back.
First time wasnt good so I gave a 2nd chance and I was more disappointed than the first time. MGM is stellar in comparison

The rooms were overpriced and dirty from years of abuse with no signs of any type of reconditioning. Wanted to leave upon entering the room but was too exhausted from the day. Avoided touching anything, slept in clothes and got up and left early. Would not stay there again.

We enjoy staying here every time. The staff is always great. Anthony is great at the desk. Surprisingly this team the suite was not clean which in our experiences here is rare. There was garbage in the bathroom, and the floor was not clean at all. Maid staff did not come to clean the room or give us towels as requested. This is a rarity for this hotel but unfortunately accurate for this stay

This time it was good but the last time we stayed the workers were on strike and we weren’t informed so we had planned to use the shuttle for the lions game and eat in the restaurant when we got back. They never apologized or gave us any compensation for the amenities that were missing. We were very disappointed and had to use an Uber for on the way there and then had to walk all the way back after the game cause we couldn’t get an Uber. We also didn’t get to eat because we didn’t know the restaurant and room service were closed until after we got back to the hotel.
