This property was chosen due to an event that was held in the area for competitions. The staff at check-n was pleasant. Parking convenient. The overall day was unpleasant, unable to sleep. Complaints were made throughout the night.

The front desk is very helpful from the time of reservation , check in up to check out . I recommend to get the breakfast as it is great! Everything I fresh . The hotel is just in the middle of everything ! I will definitely come back.

It was a good stay, the pool and breakfast buffet was nice. I don’t quite recommend it though. With the bar being downstairs in the open it was nearly impossible to sleep, loud hollering and cheering of drunk people. The shower got pretty hot which was great but hardly any pressure and the beds were too soft. Nice hotel though. If the the rooms were separate from the bar area we’d come back.

Reviews were complaining about the breakfast. We thought it was great. They didn’t charge for my 9 year old, and 30 dollars was a fair price for a good breakfast for three. Clean, convenient location, attentive staff.

The ice machine on the first floor was broken and when I tried to get ice from the bar I was completely ignored. I sat down at the bar and the person at the bar had his back to me and was more concerned about his morning breakfast receipts than saying anything to me. The breakfast was terrible and so was the service. I ended up getting ice up on the second floor.

I liked the bar, pool, and the size of the hot tub. The location was easy to get to. Plus, the mall was close and near by. I loved the overall experience. I plan on coming back soon

Clean. Friendly staff. Very small pillows. Bathroom door is a slider and no handle on inside. Does not fully close / latch A bit outdated - dim lighting Breakfast is an additional $15. Worth about $5.

I did a lot of research before picking this property. It is without a doubt the most centrally located for all our interests. Shopping , dinning and entertainment. We will certainly come back to this property rather than cross border shop at other border locations.

This location is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and the lobby almost has a neat 1960s lay out where the halls all over look the hotel lobby and pool I really like that. All of the staff that I worked with were very helpful, and when presented with any concerns were quick to take note to get it resolved. If you have the breakfast for 2 included in your booking MAKE SURE TO MENTION IT AT CHECK IN. from what I was told only management can see the details of the travel site bookings and thats not standard since normallythey charge 15.00 per person- they will not give you the card for breakfast if you don't mention it to them. I asked the woman at the desk this morning and when she couldn't verify she just had me show her the booking on my expedia app to verify and all was well. I've already booked my next stay there for ComicCon in a few months. The staff this weekend (9/15-9/16) definitely made a positive impact on me and this will most likely be where we stay when in town

First off, the hotel looks crappy from outside, and on your way, a steakhouse is closed as well as another one atta her to the hotel, so think about how these might bring down your value. Coming to rooms, no closet to hang clothes, extremely poor lighting, pls remodel your bathrooms.

The hotel is in a nice area with multiple shopping opportunities, and mall within close proximity. You can actually walk to several stores. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as well. Overall, I had an excellent stay, and will keep this location in mind for future travel to Detroit.
