We thought it would be near the Henry Ford, which it was, but driving to and from was very awkward. Breakfast only soso variety.

Customer service was horrible. I told front desk there was no towels in the pool room twice, never brung towels. Then I asked for towels for my room because it wasn’t enough. She got smart with me and asked me if it was towels in my room already. Then gave me one big towel. Also she was in the phone the whole time. While I’m trying to have a conversation with her.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the freeway and dining. Also, it was minutes from the venue I was attending that weekend. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and the fitness room only had a couple of machines working. My friend said the pool was small and since there was a large wedding group there, we didn't even bother trying to go swimming. On our floor there was a couple of young girls hanging in the halls all night and putting garbage up and down the hall. As far as our room, it was okay. It was good for what I was coming down for. It has the necessities like breakfast in the morning.

We had several people yelling and banging up and down the hallway outside our room plus slamming doors until about 11:30 pm.

It is in a good location to get to many different places in the Dearborn area of Detroit if you're driving. Uber convenient. The room are nice, mini fridge and good shower. Nice breakfast area and some food available 24 hrs. Only real complaint is the backdoor entrance where one would normally need to use their room card to enter after hours was broken so anyone could enter at any hour.

Sadly your night reception employee had luttle knowledge or willingness to find answers to some basic questions. Very dated complex, bathroom reeked and permeated the bedroom area, wall fittings hanging off. Did the job for a short stay.

They took half my deposit for dirty towels never heard of that in all of history in Hotels took half my deposit I would never return and or recommend this hotel to never to no one they threaten to call the cops when there wrong just a horrible stay!

The hotel locates in a convenience area with various restaurants closely. The room is roomy and comfortable. Easy to park. Big TV with many channels. It’s clean in general. The building itself is aged. The hallway was not in the best condition and the color made it looks old. The heat/ AC unit is manually controlled. Wifi is on a slower side. In general, it’s fine to stay for sleeping.

Good hotel, but bad guests
The floor I was on reeked of pot and there were very loud people in the hallway. I did hear the concierge arguing with a lady about not giving her deposit back because her son had smoked pot in the room, so at least that is where the smell came from. The room itself was very clean, and the breakfast more than adequate. I just happened to be staying there at the same time as less than desirable other people, otherwise it would have been great.

If you have a bad back, these beds are not for you. They are very very very soft. Also when they collected towels, they took some personal items and the snotty desk attendant took two seconds to look for my items and said they’re not here.

Property is older, but room seemed renovated, and bed was really comfy to sleep. Had a good stay ! Very convenient for greenfield village and the Henry ford museum!

Property overall was good and the staff on check in and check out was great. We stayed in Room 303 and the sink faucet in the HOT position was a trickle of water when set to this position. In other positions it ran at full blast, it worked well but not in the HOT position.

I have stayed in many hotels in the course of my life. This place was definitely in the bottom 3. Overall the facility needs renovation for being so run down. There were stains all over the room and it smellee like urine.

This property was difficult to access… required u-turn, shares a small driveway entry. Additionally the advertised breakfast did not happen at the advertised time… so I did not get what I paid for
