We loved the location of this property and easy access to locations we visited while in Dearborn. The only less than favorable factor was the lack of friendliness of the front desk staff. We had three interactions with three different staff and we found them to be cold and unengaged. The absence of eye contact by all three was not easy to overlook.

The worst hotel I've been , to stuff wasn't friendly manager was horrible very dirty hotel, The fridge wasn't working right making noise and the toilet the same thing even after I told him they ignore it , will never go there again.

I was informed that I was being charged for a 2 night stay even though I canceled it because I could not split my booking nights. (Sept 4-5 and Sept 6-7) I only recieved conformation for another one night booking. Sept 4th-5th which we used. The desk clerk said they had a no cancelation policy.

Motel was nice and close to local attractions. The room keys did not stay activated and had to replace them 4 times on a 2 night stay.

Overall the stay was ok, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. The only dislike I have is that we called the front desk many times (each call was spread out) and each time, no one answered. So much for “room service”.

Rooms were clean and looked like they had been refreshed. The bed and pillows were nice. Hallway carpets were in bad condition and very dirty. Keys only worked every other time. Once or twice a day we had to have the keys redone. It wasn't only us because we had to stand in line behind others with the same issue. Batteries were dead in the tv remote. The AC unit did not function properly. Breakfast was not kept up missing items

Had to change rooms twice, first room filthy and toilet did not flush, 2nd room carpet was filthy and shower did not drain, 3rd room below decent. Never again at comfort Inn. Never. Do not stay here, management also lied to booking agent about conditions and room charges. You will honestly regret staying at this hotel, seriously ruined our trip. Just an awful experience overall.
