"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. "Boutique 17 is centrally located and the downtown was walkable especially with the funicular. We arrived late at night and the check in was very easy which was appreciated after a long flight. The room was very clean and we had a great view. The only concern we had was the breakfast the buffet was very limited and you had to eat outside even though it is winter in Chile and very cold. People were sitting around in toques and winter jackets. "
